Most owners I talk to aren’t stuck on one broken thing. The business works. What they’re missing is someone to think out loud with before the big calls: the hire, the job they’re not sure about, the bid that looks too good, the month the cash gets tight. That’s what mentorship is, a standing session with someone who has run these businesses and a direct line in between.
Every two weeks or once a month, we meet for an hour over Google Meet. You bring whatever’s in front of you, and I look at your numbers every time, so the advice is tied to what the business is actually doing. Between sessions you can text or email me when a decision can’t wait, and I’ll answer within one business day. You get the same toolbox Fast Track clients use, picked for what your business needs. It runs month to month, and you can change the rhythm or stop whenever you want.
All prices CAD, plus GST.
If something specific is broken and costing you money, start with Contractor Fast Track instead. Twelve weekly sessions aimed at the problem will fix it faster than a monthly conversation will.
Both are coaching. The difference is who sets the agenda and whether there’s a finish line. On Fast Track we agree the problem at the start, build twelve weeks around fixing it, and finish with a hand-over. In mentorship you bring whatever’s in front of you that week, whether it’s a hire, a bad job, a bid or a tight month, and we work it with your numbers on the table. There’s no end date because there’s nothing to finish, so it runs as long as it’s useful to you.
No. Dependence is when the business can’t make a move without me, and Fast Track is built to prevent exactly that: your team runs the tools before we finish, and we measure how well the business runs without you at the start and again at the end. Having a support system is a different thing. A regular session with someone who has been where you are, and a text when a decision can’t wait, is worth a lot, and you can stop any time you like.
Yes. Both run month to month, so you can move between them or stop whenever it suits you.
Yes. Fast Track graduates often move into it, but you don’t need to have done the program. The discovery call is where we work out which one fits.
Tell me what's going on in the business. I'll tell you honestly whether a diagnostic, coaching, or neither is the right next move.
