Fixed-Fee Diagnostics

Fixed-fee diagnostics for construction business owners.

Most owners I talk to know something’s off in the business. What they don’t know is which problem to fix first, and picking the wrong one can cost a year. A diagnostic is a fixed-fee look at your profit, your systems or your sales, and you walk away with a written action plan you can use with or without me.

A diagnostic is a fit if you:

  • Know something’s off but can’t tell which problem to fix first
  • Have a banker or partner who wants to see real numbers
  • Would rather see the whole picture before you decide on coaching

If you already know where it hurts, start with Contractor Fast Track instead. If nothing’s on fire and you want a regular second opinion, that’s mentorship.

FAQ

Common questions.

What’s the difference between a diagnostic and coaching?

A diagnostic is a fixed-fee, finite engagement — a focused review of your profit, systems, or sales with a written action plan you can use independently. Coaching is regular sessions with direct support in between: twelve weeks on Contractor Fast Track, ending with a hand-over and a graduation check against the goals you started with, or month to month in mentorship. Either can be the starting point — a diagnostic is never required before coaching.

Which diagnostic should I pick?

If you know which part of the business is the trouble, pick that one: profit, systems or sales. If you can’t tell, the Full Contractor Health Check looks at all three together. We’ll work it out on the discovery call.

Do I need a diagnostic before coaching?

No. If you already know where it hurts, twelve weekly sessions working on the problem will get you further than another report. A diagnostic makes sense when you can’t tell which problem to fix first, or when your banker or partner wants to see real numbers.

Does the fee count toward coaching?

Half of it does. 50% of a diagnostic fee comes off Contractor Fast Track if you start within 30 days of getting your written summary.
